Die Anwendungsmenge entspricht der Größe eines Reiskorns für jedes Auge. Es sollte mit den Fingerspitzen leicht erwärmt und sanft mit den Fingerspitzen verteilt werden, wobei die Durchblutung durch leichte Berührungen aktiviert wird. Sie kann morgens und/oder abends aufgetragen werden.
