Product description
This toner for sensitive skin contains probiotic extracts and prebiotic nutrients to support the balance of the skin microbiome. Gentle, moisturizing ingredients improve the skin's hydration levels. With advanced probiotic extracts, this toner protects against external aggressors by strengthening the skin's barrier function. Probiotics from Lactobacillus stimulate the production of antimicrobial peptides, which alter the ecology of your skin microbiome.
Prebiotics from the yacon root nourish the right microbes and strengthen their ability to fight off opportunistic pathogens.
This product can be used throughout the day to soothe and moisturize the skin.
Key active ingredients:
Prebiotics - Inulin and alpha-glucan oligosaccharides are prebiotics that feed the beneficial microbes at the expense of the less desirable opportunistic species.
Probiotics - Lactobacillus & Lactobacillus Ferment: These two probiotic extracts are included due to the functional differences they bring about in the microbiome and the way they modify the environment on the skin to promote a protective microbial balance.
Aloe vera and lactic acid are moisturizing and suitable for sensitive skin types.
Application
Shake gently and spray up to 6 pumps directly onto the face, neck, and décolleté with your eyes closed, before moisturizing. Over approximately 2 months, your skin will transform from sensitive to non-hyperreactive. It is essential that this line is not used in conjunction with products from other brands, as this will interfere with the process.
