The new Oil to Foam Total Cleanser is an all-in-one product: cleansing oil and cleansing gel in one step. It cleanses the face quickly, effectively and thoroughly. The oil-gel dissolves make-up, sunscreen and excess sebum as it is massaged in. With a splash of water, the unique formula transforms into a light foam that cleanses the face of remaining impurities.
