Den Tropfaufsatz auf die Ampulle stülpen und an der perforierten Kante aufbrechen. Den abgebrochenen Kopf der Ampulle entnehmen und dann den Tropfaufsatz auf die geöffnete Ampulle stülpen. Mit leichtem Druck etwa die Hälfte des Inhalts auf die Handflächen tropfen und auf das Dekolleté, die Innenseite der Arme und den Bauch auftragen. Sanft einmassieren, bis das Konzentrat vollständig eingezogen ist. Die Anwendung morgens und abends wiederholen.
