Specifically for the skin of the upper arms, skin689® has developed an emulsion that, with the active ingredient complexes CoAXEL™ and PhytoCellTec™ argan stem cell extract, promotes the breakdown of excess fatty acids, increases collagen content, and firms the skin. The skin689® CoAXEL ™ complex combines three coordinated active ingredients: Coenzyme A (CoA) promotes energy metabolism and the breakdown of fatty acids; these fatty acids are then transported away, bound to L-carnitine. Caffeine not only drains excess fluid from the tissue but also activates an enzyme that breaks down and metabolizes fat. In addition to this active ingredient complex, CoAXEL ™ , the emulsion contains DermCom® crocus bulb extract, which stimulates the skin's own collagen and elastin production. PhytoCellTec ™ argan stem cell extract firms and tightens, while vitamins A and E provide additional skin protection and promote cell renewal. Other ingredients such as sweet almond oil leave the skin feeling velvety soft, while shea butter and panthenol provide moisture and increase skin elasticity.
