- The "Day" capsules contain extracts from green tea leaf tips, wheat grass and barley grass. In order to guarantee the best possible quality and nutrient concentration, these products are cultivated exclusively for timeblock® at altitudes of up to 3000 metres.
- The "Night" capsules consist of nutrients and secondary plant substances that timeblock® obtains from high-quality products such as algae, grape seeds, wheat grass, shitake mushrooms, tomatoes and tagetes.

Two capsules a day are sufficient, one capsule timeblock® VITAL AGING NUTRITION Day Complex in the morning and one capsule timeblock® VITAL AGING NUTRITION Night Complex in the evening. Take before meals with sufficient liquid. It is recommended to take timeblock® VITAL AGING NUTRITION over a longer period of time in order to maintain a constant supply of vitamins and minerals for the body.
